Easy Dinner - Stir Fry Shrimps and Broccoli

It's easy, quick and easy to prepare. Why make it complicated when it can be simple? Shrimp and other seafood is feast for the taste buds if they are properly prepared.

Stir fry broccoli and shrimp for 2-3 people

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

utensils:
A pan or large skillet

ingredients:
100g tiger shrimp tails (frozen)
1 medium sized broccoli
1 onion
salt
pepper
2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
oil
1 cup of water

1 Peel, wash and finely chop the onion.
Wash and chop the broccoli rude.
Set aside on a plate.

2 Peel the shrimp previously thawed (you can keep the tip of the tail according to taste).
Place the shrimp in cold water.

3 In a large pan, put the oil.
When
it’s hot, throw in the chopped onion and stir fry.
Add the shrimp. Wait until they are cooked before adding the broccoli, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and a large glass of water
and salt to taste.

4 Cook for about 10 minutes
and keep stirring occasionally.
The important thing is that the vegetable is cooked but crunchy at the end of cooking so that it keeps its flavor and vitamins.

5 Pour jumped into a dish and pepper. You can add some coriander leaves for garnishing.

Suggestions:
This dish is usually eaten with fragrant white rice or rice noodles or cook it with spaghetti.
