Healthy Dinner - Carrot Soup

A small soup recipe simple and quick to make, carrot soup is good for detox. A velvety carrot and fermented milk (buttermilk), a very tasty soup. A velvety allowing eat light and stock up on vitamin A and beta carotene.

ingredients:
 
250 g of carrots
250 ml of broth
125 ml of milk
90 ml of fermented milk
pepper
salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

preparation:
 
Clean, peel and cut into chunks
Boil half the broth, add the carrots and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Puree in a potato masher or mixer
Pour the purée into the container
Mix with remaining broth and milk, bring
it to a boil
Pour the fermented milk, stir
Add salt and pepper
Serve in a bowl, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
Serve with fried croutons
