Focaccia with
cherries gluten, arugula and Parmesan
Long ago my friend sent me a CD with some recipes and it was not until yesterday that time was looking recipes containing one of them was to focaccia with cherries and arugula, to which we add one more ingredient, parmesan ... and is ... INGREDIENTS
- Bread Mix 300
-200 Rice flour
- 400 of milk (skim and lactose)
- 20 grams of fresh yeast
- 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 grams salt
- 200 grams of cherries
- 50 grams of arugula 3 focaccia
HOW TO DO?
I did everything in the KA, but you can do it with any mixer or by hand.
1 We place a high pot, milk at 40 °, and add yeast and break up, slowly and very little stir with a spoon and let rest 15 minutes (you will see it grow)
2 Mix flour, oil, salt, and milk mixture and former yeast. Knead on speed 1 for 5 minutes and then climbed at speed 4 for 2 minutes.
3 Preheat oven to 30 ยบ (no more)
3 we spread hands with olive oil, we take the dough ball and put on a mold, (which ye), I used a round one. With fingers we will "flatten" the dough, spreading it throughout the mold.
5 We put the dough in the oven to ferment for 25 minutes at 30 °.
6 We do the cherries and arugula.
7 After 25 minutes, we get the dough and put over a layer of grated parmesan, then cherries halved (the amount of cherries goes according to your taste), arugula and then a little more grated parmesan.
8 Bake, up and down, 180/200 (depending on your oven) for 15 minutes.
We took nine, let cool a bit and ready to eat

* Can you add more and more arugula cherries once out of the oven, which will serve to decorate more.
