Chicken Katsu Recipe
Ingredients for 21 chicken breast
1 egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs (panko is preferable)
Sunflower oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
Place egg in a place, beat the egg
Place the flour in different plate
Place panko in different plate
You can cut chicken breast as thick as you want, maybe about 1 centimeter
First, coat the chicken with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, you can repeat coat the chicken with egg and panko again
Finally, fry them in the deep fryer to 170 or if you have not put it in the fryer up in the smallest of fire. You have to leave it until it is well roasted. Then take it out and leave on paper towels to loosen the excess oil.
