Grilled Salmon with Yogurt Sauce

Delicious and nutritious recipe for grilled salmon with yogurt sauce with a large dose of Omega-3 oils and Vitamin D is obtained in a simple fish dish ideal for muscle building.

Ingredients

     2 fillets of salmon with skin (preferably sockeye)
     ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper
     Spray nonstick cooking
     Skimmed yogurt ½
     ½ tablespoon of olive oil
     1 tablespoon lemon zest
     Spoon ½ lemon juice
     ½ tablespoon of orange zest
     ½ tablespoon of orange juice
     ½ teaspoon of curry powder
     ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
     ½ tablespoon honey

Grilled Salmon with Yogurt Sauce

instructions
  1. Preheat the oven. Cover with aluminum foil baking tray and spray with cooking spray. 
  2. Rinse and dry the fish. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and roast (preferably in grill mode) at about 10 cm from the top of the oven for seven minutes. 
  3. While the salmon roasts, stir all sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined. 
  4. Cover the fillets lightly with foil and continue broiling 7-8 minutes or until fish is light pink and flakes easily. 
  5. Serve with yogurt sauce.
