ingredients 600 g fillet of cod
600g chopped spinach (canned or frozen)
200 ml of cream lightened to 3% fat
1 c. Coffee fish stock
2 c. Coffee mustard
salt and pepper
preparation
1. Prepare cod: rinse and let it steam for about 15 minutes.
2. Turn spinach to heat slowly.
3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil with lean fish stock. Let reduce for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mustard, whisking briskly, add salt and pepper
4. Put the cod in the center in a dish topped with sauce and surrounded spinach.
